We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Returns are only accepted when they meet the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To request a return, please contact our support team at contact@faveladrop.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong product or incorrect size due to our error.
  • Your order cannot be delivered because of a confirmed shipping issue.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products returned without their original packaging or tags
  • Orders that match the size, design, and specifications selected by the customer at checkout

We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and size guide before placing your order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome of your request.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

If you need to update your shipping address, size, or other order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
